The School of Management and Social Sciences (SPSS) at Yayasan Pelajaran Johor University College (KUYPJ) offers a range of diploma and degree programs in management, accounting, and education — designed to meet current industry demands and expectations.

BACHELOR OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (HONOURS)

Entry Requirement
1) Pass the Malaysian Higher School Certificate (STPM) or its equivalent, with a minimum Grade C [Grade Point Average (GPA) 2.0] in any two subjects, and a pass in Mathematics and English at the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level, or an equivalent qualification;
2) Pass the Malaysian Higher Religious Certificate (STAM) with a minimum grade of Jayyid, and a pass in Mathematics and English at the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level; OR
3) A Matriculation/Foundation qualification with a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.00, or an equivalent qualification; OR
4) A Diploma qualification [Level 4, Malaysian Qualifications Framework (MQF)] in a related field with a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.00; OR
5) An Advanced Diploma [Level 5, Malaysian Qualifications Framework (MQF)] in a related field with a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.00; OR
6) Pass the Malaysia Skills Diploma (DKM), Advanced Malaysia Skills Diploma (DLKM), or Malaysia Vocational Diploma (DVM) with a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.50 in a related field, and a pass in Mathematics and English at the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level, subject to the approval of the Senate or Academic Board; OR
7) Pass the Malaysia Skills Diploma (DKM), Advanced Malaysia Skills Diploma (DLKM), or Malaysia Vocational Diploma (DVM) with a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.00, at least two (2) years of relevant work experience, and a pass in Mathematics and English at the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level.
8) Obtain at least Band 2.0 in the Malaysian University English Test (MUET) (either at the time of registration or during the course of study).
Note: For conditions no. 6 and no. 7, KUYPJ will conduct screening and reinforcement programs relevant to the respective fields of study.
Note: The requirement to pass Mathematics and English subjects at the SPM level for candidates under conditions no. 1 and no. 2 may be waived if their qualifications include Mathematics and English subjects with achievements equivalent to or higher than the SPM pass requirements for those subjects.
Note: International students are required to achieve a minimum score of 5.5 in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) or its equivalent.
